The exhibition brings together a diverse range of artistic practices, including black-and-white drawings and sculptural works in metal, creating a dialogue between form, texture, and perception.
From the earliest Western art created in grisaille, black and white artworks have held a unique place in visual culture. Often employed for devotional purposes, these works eliminate distractions, directing the viewer’s attention toward contemplation and the spiritual. While color saturates our daily lives, black and white operates in a liminal space—evoking otherworldly landscapes, heightened introspection, and moments of suspended reality.
